Medical center
Do you need a translater when you attend the medical center or does the doctor speak English?

If you mean the medical centre down by the tourist information office on Urb La Marina, I have been on a few occasions and seen Dr Cesar Borja, he has always spoken to me in English, as have the receptionist’s.
However Dr. Barbera requires a Spanish speaker. If you have a SIP card it will tellyou who your doctor is.

I’ve usually gone in and made an appointment, however when my 6 year old grandson had an ear infection the doctor saw him later the same day. You can ring to make an appointment the number is 966796281 and the receptionist will speak to you in English.
Thank you so much 👌

Don’t forget to take your passport & EHIC if you don’t already have a SIP card.

If you've got a SIP card, it's much easier to make appointments online:
