So I am Hannah from Germany, new to this forum, not knowing if I can contibute or if it’ll become meaningfull to me to be part of it.

Since 2018 I have been  to the Urbanisation La Marina several times, since my father left me a House hère and I’ve been clearing and fixing it up to be a guesthouse, holydayhouse,  or a place for People to stay for longer periods.

I sofar live in the South of Germany and if I’d retire to thé  mediteranian it would probable not be the Costa Blanca. ( so  far).

But my Life has brought me hère now, some might  call it destiny and I am opening up to dealing with and dicover the beauty of this area.

WHO is living or visiting thé urbanisation La Marina and can relate to this?

Thank you for replying Ray

I am still in the process of finding out what to do next.

the house  is still running on my dads name.

Selling the house  is also an opption, but thé price I could  sell  it for,  seems so low compair to what my dad gave into building it.

I feel  a bit slow in this process......

First off. Enjoy (which will take time). Yes probs in any where. Don´t be daunted by legal probs. ( there are ways always over) Especially in Spain or other´s here).

Stück für Stück o poco a poco.

Good luck.

Hi Hanna, unfortunately the britts usually jump to the "you must have this licence that legality" totally not understanding the tone of a muse, I moved from Scandinavia 8 years ago, never had a problem with anything much and if I have it has been sorted out usually with help from my Spanish friends or someone who works in the place I am seeking help, if you are polite, respect the cultural unspoken laws it goes a long way. For now enjoy your place, take long walks, cycle and let your creative side out, let things permeate until you are ready :)
