Hi coming over in December only for three days just to sign papers is there somewhere we can stay for this short time my husband is disabled so staying In urbanisation would be ideal

I presume you mean La Marina Urb?
This establishment USED to do accommodation a while back.
They are located just rear of 'the strip' Fase 1 by Plaza Sierra Castilla.

We stayed at Pete's Place back in October . Very nice B&B ...Pete is amazingly helpful and friendly. Very reasonable prices very clean and the B&b is beautiful . If you are interessted let me know I have his phone number .
