Looking for a villa to rent in La Marina

We would like to rent a 2/3 bedroom villa either in the Urb, El Pinet or La Marina village from the end of the year, we are interested in renting long-term, at least a year, however we won't be in Spain in July and August, so the house could be used then by the owners.
