I am not always at the house, so need an alarm where a company will come out to the house if the alarm is activated. I would be grateful for any recommendations.
Is it better to go with a small local company, or one of the big companies?

If you are still looking I can give advice.
The main difference is in connection to a cra and other differece is small companies don't have the manpower to handle busy times.
Also easy to hack
