Can anyone recommend: Total renovation kitchen bathroom etc

Hi we are thinking of buying a Josephina, but all the ones we have looked at need totaly renovating. Could anyone recommend a company that does this sort of thing, and a rough idea as to how much this would cost. We would be looking at kitchen, shower room maybe electrics new floor tiles etc.
