We are with naturgy, charge what they like,, no customer service, even tried emergency. Want to charge 140 to come out to check why we have no pressure. Wouldn't touch them

Thanks for the heads up. I will definitely avoid. We have Central heating via radiators through a combi boiler and a 100 litre tank outside in the garden all supplied by Cepsa in Dolore at the moment. The system is capable of changing to natural gas when it is viable but it looks like that is aback burner job going by you experience.

Hi. We have moved into our new house at the start of December and found that our mains gas supplier is indeed Naturgy. We have been using the central heating, hot water and gas cooker without any problems. The gas boiler in the house is 20 years old,as old as the house. We noticed that there was a fault with the boiler which caused it to loose pressure periodically. We called out an engineer from Sosclitec #965114925 and a young man was sent out to us straight away who pressurised the system and fixed the water leak with a new small part. This solved the main problem. He also discovered a loose part which needs to be replaced but he didn't have one with him. He will call again. There is a one-time call out charge but we didn't have to pay anything until the job is completed. He put a new sticker on the boiler which is different from the first one. This new one is Repsol Gas #901 170 170 and a 24 hour breakdown number: 901 12 12 12. So, my conclusion is if you have a problem with your boiler, you need to call out an appliance engineer, not the gas supplier. Hope this helps.

Definitely. We have had the system for just over a year now and have been very please with it and the service if needed is faultless.
