water charges

recieved my first bill fron Hidra Agua for €106 assume for a quarter, used 13m2, seems a lot especially cos no one has been in it, builders been in for bout a month, that prce sound correct.

My Q4 bill was €40 for 20M2
25m3 for 105 euro includes sewage and basura (rubbish collection)

Indeed, this is the case.
I noticed on the attached bill, that you consumed 8m3 but you are charged for 1 Cantidad and
Your Consumo Total is 1m3.. Do you think it might be an error?
I consumed 5 m3 and my Consumo Total was 5m3 and I was charged x5 Cantidad., and my Co sumo Total is always exactly the same as what I consume.
Your reply would be much appreciated.
