As this will be our first time living in our apartment over the winter months do you use duvets or what kind of bedding is recommended? I know in the summertime it’s very hot so a light sheet is all you need.

Many people who live there full time use Duvets for winter (as in Uk)  but you have to factor in storage for them for about 7 months of the year. Under-bed clip on lidded boxes are good for storage and the Duvets and covers can be bought in Primark (La Zenia) for reasonable prices or lots of other places depending on your budget.

We don't live there full time but if we are there and it's cold we just use fleece blankets/throws under our bed covers as the fleecy blankets have other uses such as when sitting in the lounge in cooler weather to keep legs warm.

Hope this helps.

This post that was quoted has been deleted.

Think it’s hot/cold air con it’s the first time we are going to live in our apartment. Thought as we come from Scotland I wouldn’t feel the cold😂
