Paint Stripper
Anyone found anything better than the ‘ Disolviente ‘ I bought locally to strip flaky , rain damaged stairway paint in my Julia .
It’s useless but not cheap .
Thanks 😊

To get the adequate paint remover you have to find out first about the type (base) of paint.

Thanks, it’s the ubiquitous textured white paint every Julia & Isabella started out with .
For exterior use .
Horrendous to remove it by hand

Hi,
Local Ferretera (ironmongers) are usually knowledgeable on local housing building methods and materials and should be able to advise you, we have found our local shop invaluable.
I apologise if you have already gone down this route and saying something you already know.
Good luck

Thanks so much for taking the time to help !
I’ll do as you suggest & nip to the local DIY shop .
Took about 4hrs yesterday to do a 1 metre square patch 🤣
