Wanted Battery Mechanism for clocks .
Does anyone know where I can buy these from? I have tried the chinese shops but they don't have them.
Thanks for any info. Alan.

I've looked for these as well Alan, to make scrollsaw clocks, but without success. I've even bought a cheap clock from a chino and stripped out the movement.
I think I'll have to go the Amazon route:

I use C$L Mail Order. in Holsworthy Devon , huge selection of movements and hands , minimal spend applies .
Been using them for several years quick service and reasonable prices . Several other suppliers on ebay as well.

Thanks, that's very good.
I'd looked at the likes of Hobbies but didn't like their prices. I think I'll be placing a test order shortly.

Also be aware that some early Kienzle movements and german movements are a different diameter and have squarish shafts instead of round also lots have shouldered mounting collars unlike modern ones which are mostly just a nut and washer.
Also there are many variations of shaft length and types of movement including alarm and pendelum , hands vary as well , with the unusual ones I find A G Thomas as above are a great help , some times its easier to send your old movement back to enable them to assist you , they also hold a lot of watch movements at keen prices .
Thank you for the extra information. I have also found that only work with certain batteries. Regards Alan.
