Good Morning All
Thanks for advice on my previous post re NIE ,that is getting sorted now.
Further to progressing our house search i am seeking suggestions as to good English speaking lawyers that can assist with the legal requirements.
I have a gestor but have seen posts that a lawyer is recommended for the house buying process to ensure that all aspects are covered and are legally watertight.

More tha a lawyer wht you really need is a socalled "tasdor judicial" who besinds legal aspects look into posible hidden construction lacks etc. His fees usually are around 500,- but his appraisal can be used as proof before a court or revenue office..

L&A Solicitors in the Grey area ( near Grill House) are the best. We were so happy with them, they now do our taxes every year. Not only that , they are always just so helpful.
They will always give you the best advice whenever you need it. We don't know where we would have been without them.
