Early last summer I went to the Guardamar shop to ask for a new contract. I waited in a que for an hour and then the girl at the desk quickly gave me a phone number to call for to get the new tariff.
I then spent several days calling the number that was given and I was constantly on hold and could never get through.
At this stage I was extremely annoyed and being ripped off by a very high tariff.
I also wasted another hour queuing at an Iberdrola desk at Habaneros shopping centre Torrevieja.at that I signed up for a new tariff and then a month later I discovered that was never activated and Iberdrola said they had no record of it.
I then found that method online and was able to get prompt replies online, sent the papers online with a digital signature and was sorted.
