Hi, we just had a power surge and it knock our tv etc off, we have rebooted everything but now the router for the telecable is not working properly, normally you just turn the black box on & the TV programmes are there to select, anyone else had this problem? If so how do we fix this? Any help will be greatly received, cheers
To be honest, If your router is not working properly, phone telecable, it's their problem. How do you know you have had a power surge? If you have, so has everyone else in La Marina, and I've not heard anything about it.

Hi thanks, we will do, when I said power surge I kind of meant we had the TV on and plugged something else in and it spiked then the TV & heater went off, heater is working, TV is working we are getting power to the router & black box but no programmes, done a full reboot and still nothing, so will call them on Monday, thanks for the help though 😊

There is an English speaking option for telecable …they are pretty helpful . If pulling out the power cable from the black box hasn’t helped , give them a call

Also..it sounds like you might have overloaded your electricity supply limit..mine turns off regularly especially if you have air con, kettle etc on together...limit what you have on at same time...comes back on in seconds
