HI, I been looking around now for some time after fiber supplier in the urb.
On telecables web they did at first not seem to have any fiber offerings (I was looking at the english page) but when I switched to the spanish web they did have a fiber offer. http://www.grupotelecable.es/santapola/internet/
The price seems to be on pair with other operators (€32/month for 100/50 MB) in the area can anyone confirm that they have the same offer in La Marina urb? I have mailed them but got no answer :-(
Where are you on the Urb? We get fibre from Mollersat on fase1 it's only 20meg but very stable and only 15eu a month
We are at Montserrat Caballé, number 12.
I don't think Mollersat cover there, might be worth giving them a call though

We have 25mb and is 35€ a month.

€35 / month for 25MB, thats robbery! Well if they are alone one do not have much of a chose at this moment but I doubt that anyone will use them when they get competitors.. So in short they charge twice in the urb compared to other customers..
Correct, no choice at the moment but the speed is stable unlike the WiMAX system
I follow various local pages on Facebook, and almost every week someone is complaining about supply problems with Telecable, both fibre optic and traditional system. From what I have read over the last year or two, I would never go with them.
I am with Telefonica Movistar, and although the speed is nothing special (8.6 Mbps), it never varies from that, and never breaks down.
Compared with Telecable, it's a sort of "tortoise and hare" situation.

No surprise,no reply their customer service is lousy,apart from being pricey,desperately need competition.
We have Fibre from Telecable, there is no other fibre provider on the urb aside from Phase 1, youcan use another provider but as Telecable laid all the cables another provider would have to rent the cable off Telecable (i have tried), we are now getting 50mbps due to recent upgrade on Oasis, i can not say weve never had a problem with Telecable but they are very few and far between and when we do have an issue we ring them and its always sorted the same day, i would not highly recomend them but when compared to BT in the UK i would go with Telecable.
