Are telecable the only internet provider on the Urb?
Looking for fibre if possible
were on calle Extremadura so doubt that fibre will have been installed that far out judging from other posts, there must be other suppliers of wifi / internet services.

Are you on fase1? If so try Moller Sat 15eu a month for 20meg fibre, good for video streaming
There is a company called Vegafibra, who are in the process of running cables to parts of the urb. You could give them your address and ask when Calle Extremedura will be ready.
