Hi has anyone bought a property in LA MARINA through Watson Real Estate La Marina using their own solicitors? If so do they tend to be more expensive ? or should i use an independent solicitor? Any advice would be greatly appreciated .

I  recently  was in  Contact  Watson  Real Estate,  looking  to  purchase  a property,  but  Lady  very  pushy  about  using  their  In  House  lawyers,   but  when She  quoted me a fee for  their  services,   it  was end  of  my  dealing  with  her,  more than  double  what was  recommended  to me by  some  happy  clients  who lived in  Complex  I  was  staying,

Use your own Solicitor for "real" independent advice.

Hi Zerylmay and welcome to the forum,

My advice is to always use your own lawyer - you're paying their bill and you need to be sure that they're acting for you, not the estate agent or their vendors.

Kind regards,

Kim

Try not to use Watson's not a good experience with them very pushy and offhand try somewhere else if you can to buy the property
