...bad driving habits and should be personally held responsible for their actions, as all drivers are supposed to be in control at all times of their vehicles so claiming that some other entity is responsible for their poor driving is a common misconception.
In reply to your comment on driving. I served in the Metropolitan Police Traffic Division in London and you are talking complete rubbish. Forget about accidents or incidents, in some cases it is a simple lack of concentration that will lead to a fatal accident. I my vast experience of dealing with fatal and serious accidents Solicitors are only interested in one thing and that is money for their clients. Let them tell a wife, father, son or daughter on Christmas day that a member of the family has been killed in a road accident. Better still let him be at the scene of carnage at a Motorway accident. I have to say this but people with comments like yours make my blood boil.
