Can anyone tell med where I can get information, on dates for received jabs and the name of the vaccine and the batch number please.

Hi, Nila. If you don't want to bother going onto the Internet for this informatoon, you can visit your Medical Centre and request it from them. They will take one week to print it off the notes.
