Hi all, we (husband and I Paul & Mary) have recently bought a small villa in La Marina. We are here for another three weeks and would love to meet other English/Spanish people here, for coffee chat, outings etc.

It may help someone if you advised whether you mean La Marina the urbanisation which comes under the jurisdiction of San Fulgencio and is on the inland side of the N332 coast road, or La Marina the village which comes under Elche and is on the sea side of the N332.

Hi, I too have a property in this part of Spain. I would have been able to meet up for a chat but I'm not going to be there until July/August. Maybe, next time, keep me posted.

There's a Facebook page called friendly faces of la Marina, it's just recently started and arrange to meet in different bars so people get to meet new people/friends
