hi, i use Tina at ExpatSolutions at Consum square. She sorts it all for you. Very reasonable price and great service. Non residents have to pay annual tax...if not you get fined.

Hi try using http://spanishtaxforms.co.uk. I have used them as have others on here. They charge £29.95 per property not per person. It’s all done by email, you give the information required on their form, they inturn either email or post the Modelo 210 to you and you simply sign the forms ( covering letter telling you what to do is sent with forms) and present them to your Bank....so easy and doesn’t cost a fortune to have these simple forms completed. You pay once you receive the completed forms. I now do the returns myself but can highly recommend Spanish Tax Forms.

With regards to how much you pay, the taxes are calculated using the Cadastral value of your property, this can be found on last years Suma bill, as the taxes are paid in arrears. Taxes for 2017 are due to be paid by 31st December 2018.
