I read a post on here about a year ago about a spray for cockaroaches that you spray on the surface and it lasts for 3 months I cannot remember what it was called and where to buy
Also where can I buy cheap new or second hand weights and weight bar also a pull up bar realy heavy weights xx
ZUM Carrafour not cheap but works for up to 12 months.

The problem with Zum is that it chokes you. Oro is nearly as good, and after that the Mercadona version in the red cans.
Cockroaches and Ants aren't too keen either Jim LOL
