Cheap rental for one month mayb longer about 300 euros per month

Try in Almoradi we paid 200 & 250 a month for a three-bedroomed apartment (Recently) it is not impossible, there are surrounding areas Dolores etc. There is a letting agent in the middle of the town, sorry can't remember the name. So many people either can't get out to their places or don't want/need to and then there are the ones who are selling and haven't got buyers in a long time they might be open to a let if it isn't a holiday but long term.

As another poster has mentioned, Almoradi, Delores, Catral and around that location is cheaper and still only 10-15 min drive from the beach.

You would likely to be able to achieve near 300 possibly for up to a 2 bedroom apartment in these locations - however, rental companies don´t like shorter-term lets some times & may either only want to let on a holiday type basis - expensive weekly or minimum of 6 months.

It may be worth scanning the local Facebook groups or even ex-pat websites such as this and see if there are individuals who wish to let you directly, as you may have a better chance of this for a month.

Is a B&B an option for you ?

Hi Folks, my wife and I are coming out to Altea from Oct to Nov this year. We are looking to possibly extend  this stay by a month anyone know of an apartment we could rent for a month, budget is 5-600 euros a month. We are both in our seventies fit and active none smokers. Thanks Tom.
