My order was a few days later than expected. To be honest I'd forgotten it was coming so I didn't chase it up.

LM do seem to be at sixes and sevens at the moment, considering they have had 2 months to get systems in place.

Personally I have never found them particularly customer focused, they are able to treat customers so badly because they have no competition.

What about all the perfectly good bricos offering very similar products? And I’ve never had any problems with LM, whether obtaining goods, exchanging goods, returning goods, or, on one occasion, complaining bitterly about goods.

They all have a customer service section, which copes with all of the above perfectly adequately in my experience.
