Good morning all
We have a 3 bedroomed bungalow on La Marina. We will be travelling to Spain at the end of the month to have our property valued and hopefully put on the market.
Does anyone have any helpful hints for selling a property, and is there anything we should be especially careful of?

Thank you, we will be using a solicitor, obviously wouldnt try and do it ourselves.
You will also need a certificate of habitation, unless you have one already that’s still in date.

Hi Barbara,
Don't use Zafira - utterly useless.
However, I would thoroughly recommend Newstart Estates, just around the corner in Avenida de Londres. My husband used them to sell his parents' property about 18 months ago and they were excellent. Zafira had it listed for months and he didn't know if they ever did any viewings there - Newstart sold it in 3 weeks and he was kept informed throughout the process.
