Can anyone help i have brought an electric scooter and I am difficulty registering it. as I only have my nie number and the site asks for supporting docs but as I am a resident I don't have any.

Any help would be appreciated

I don't fully understand what you're saying, but as a legal resident you would have either a residencia certificate or a TIE, depending on your nationality.

If you want to do the registration online, you need either an electronic certificate or Cl@ve. If you don't have either, then you need to go to a DGT office.

You do of course need to supply a copy of the technical data sheet for the scooter and also a photo of the plate with the serial number.

It's well explained by DGT, so I suggest that you read each of the sections on their web page:

I suspect there may be a NOT missing in front of resident in the Ops post.

Aitch.
