Electrician help with a boiler

We have solar panels and a hot water boiler or some reason we do not have any hot water ,,,can anyone help please

You could try Andy at All wired up on 606071037, he is great lad, good workman not a rip off, has done work for us and we have arranged for him to add some power points later this month.
We have been looking for an electrician we can rely on, and have finally found one.
