I live in Murcia for the last 42 uears, maby I can be of help.
Property purchase tax in Murcia is 8% and 10% in Valencia.
I believe you already live here but depending where in Murcia you wish to buy,if you are going to be making frequent visits to the UK then flights from Murcia Corvera are limited.

Thank you. I'm sure you can be. I wonder if water Bill's are cheaper in Murcia, Ibi and catastral values depend on the house dont they. Looking at Raspay, ayuntamiento is Yecla.
