Golf memberships

Similar is a very subjective word, every club offers memberships at variable prices, los rejas has a two year waiting list but others are open, you need to travel round or phone round and check, you will pay more because you play more over here, it depends on the type of course you like, how far you are prepared to travel and what your budget is, many offer cheaper fees, but you still pay to play so make enquiries.

Vistabella http://www.vistabellagolf.com/ is 25 mins from La Marina. (I play 3 time a week, & still Crap) However I think that they are about to close their membership books.  There is a Monday Club at Vistabella, currently the cost to play is €55 for 18 holes with a buggy and including insurance regardless of whether low or high season.

Hi, I have friends in La Marina who are members on Font del llop golf course near elche, I am currently a member on a 3 month membership while I am over in the area. We are also members of La Marina golf society who play every second Thursday at various courses in the area at an average cost of 50/55 euro including buggies. The next game which is by chance at Font del llop, I am not sure if there are spaces but if you drop in to the sports complex the sheet is on the board, if there are spaces it would 1. Give you a chance to play the course and 2. Meet fellow golfers on the area. Hope that helps.

I am a member at. Course El Plantio, just past the airport, lovely course.  I pay for the year and can play 7 days a week if I want.  There is a golf society called 

El Plantio II which regularly advertises for new members in the free papers.  There are two courses a par 3 and an 18 hole course
