If  you  live  on  a  Community,  I  would  contact  the President,   also  visit  some  neighbours  and get  their  opinion, Peace and respecting  others  is a  Rule on most  Community,

Hello

Before you involve presidents or police, the first thing to do is speak to the people who might be unaware their music is so loud to others.  Their response & reaction will then determine whether anymore intervention is necessary.

Sometimes a calm word might work but remember, this is Spain in  summer with everyones door/windows open & the spanish especially ,  love loud music. I now accept this -- providing it isnt overnight,  it is  also usually very short lived &  soon their hols are over & they are gone.

Cheers

This is exactly what the link I sent to the poster advises. It goes through a process before involving officialdom.
