It can be a right nightmare at times when you’re trying to collect a marketplace item trying to pinpoint the correct address. We went to one where the road had been built in two phases, instead of continuing the number sequence, when they built the second phase, they decided to start from number one again. With no indication on the road signs that there was two phases! 

First port of call should definitely have been the guardia.

Has the OP checked her post box, the answer could well be in there.
