Good morning all

I don’t know if this has already been posted ( sorry too busy home schooling my grandson to check posts 😂😂)

The information was posted by N332 on Facebook.

Passenger Location Form information

Today, the BOE (Official State Gazette) has been published, stating information about the different COVID-19 controls for those arriving in Spain.

Quoted from BOE:

“All passengers arriving in Spain by air or sea must undergo a health check before entering the country. These controls may include taking the temperature, a documentary control and a visual control on the passenger's condition.”

“Regarding the documentary control, all passengers originating from any airport or port located outside Spanish territory, must complete a public health form, which is attached as Annex I in this document. The process of completing the form can also be done electronically, in such a way that all people who are going to travel to Spain must complete it before starting their trip through the internet address: www.spth.gob.es, or using the free SPAIN TRAVEL HEALTH-SpTH app. Once the form is completed, the passenger will obtain a QR code, which must be presented upon arrival in Spain.”

It is also stated that from today, all airlines, travel agencies etc must inform their customers of this Passenger Location Form.

➡️ You can read the full BOE here: https://www.boe.es/boe/dias/2020/07/01/pdfs/BOE-A-2020-6927.pdf (at the end of the document is the Passenger Location Form. You can also complete it online here: https://www.spth.gob.es where you will then receive a QR code to show when entering Spain)

EDIT: A form must be completed for ALL those entering Spain, via all different ways (plane/ferry/car etc). If you haven’t done it beforehand, you will be requested to fill it out when entering Spain. All information on website posted above. 👆🏻

I am assuming so but maybe someone who has already travelled can give you that correct answer .

Hi I haven’t had time to look at it properly but maybe you can print the form and fill it in. I’m not travelling at the moment due to home schooling etc. I’ll probably have a look at the weekend.

Hello there, you mention at the bottom of your post  "via all different ways (plane/ferry/car etc)" We are thinking to drive to Spain. When I look at the form it shows a mandatory field Flight Number so would you happen to know if there is a different form for when travelling in by car?

Thanks

Hi to be honest I’m not sure, however maybe if you check on the website of the ferry/euro tunnel they may have information regarding the forms. I’m sure there will be someone on here that’s done/doing the drive that will be able to help.
