Hello,
I am a widow of 67 and coming to Spain on my own for the first time since losing my lovely husband.
I don't want to spend the time alone and wondered if there are any lunch or supper clubs, where I can eat and socialise. I am especially not looking forward to Mothers Day alone.
Any contact would be appreciated.

There is a group called U3A which you can google, they have lots and lots of groups, it’s only €5 a year.

Come along to our friendship group run by Help Vega Baja. Every wednesday afternoon 2:30 - 5 pm at the Posh club.
The next meeting is at Sam's bar (La Bodega) in Consum square whilst the Posh Club is being re-furbished. Back to the Posh on 14th March.
Everyone welcome, meet new friends, chat, play games etc.

The Posh club is in Calle Justo Antonio Quesada., Next to the market square. If you look on Google maps you will find it.
