Go through the return process on the order page on your Amazon account and it will list the options. Depending on the size and the reason for your return will depend on the options you are given. Select your option and take to the chosen point or wait for collection if offered.
If it’s something purchased from an Amazon third party seller, it explains how you will need to contact the seller to obtain return information.
The return process is the same whether it's direct from Amazon or a 3rd party seller.

No it's not. It depends on whether you have Prime or not.

No it isn’t, you don’t get the option to do a standard return. You have to contact the seller via Amazon message, then they will organise a collection from you so that it goes back directly to the seller. I’ve had to do this twice this year, once when a piece was missing from a flat pack item, the second time was a defective item. Both got returned directly to the third party seller
In reference to another comment far as I’m aware a prime subscription makes no difference to the return procedure.

I have literally done my first return Amazon Spain 3 hrs ago.
First I contacted the seller via Amazon.(few days ago) Had email from Amazon this morning asking if was satisfied with response from seller (what response?)
Opened online chat with amazon explained no reply from seller, they offered 3 ways to return item, 1 post office, 2 home collection, 3 celeritas. I choose 3rd option they sent a link to find nearest celeritas. Then was asked if would like refund to original payment method or voucher. Then she asked me to check email received with return barcode.
Ps items returning was purchased April and came with 12 mth warranty
Got a week to drop of

If you’ve selected a credit back to your account, you’ll find that Amazon don’t mess about. As soon as the item is collected or in your case dropped off, you’ll get an email to confirm it’s been scanned back into the system and in less than a minute another email to confirm the credit is showing on your account.

Thanks, it’s like that in the Uk as soon as barcode scanned you get refund, so was thinking it would be the same here, dropping it off today, if any different will let you know.
