Yes it is for long term but the current tenant will not vacate till Aug 25
If you are still interested and want to see the pictures please let me know and we can arrange to send these for you to see
The apartment is is a very good condition and the pool is very nice and large with good land scape around and the under cover car park is another added bonus
The utilities include FO internet connection water and electricity

The rental period is 11 months per each year and it can be renewed as long as you wish the notice period is two months each way and the rent increase is 5% per each year when the contract is renewed
We pay the service charges and Suma and any other legal bills
