Calle Roma - La Marina Urb.

Hi,
I wondered if anyone is living or are familiar with the area in and around Calle Roma close to the sports complex. I am looking to purchase a small detached lola style holiday home and hoping for some on the ground information regarding the immediate area and day to day living.
Any information, good and bad on this specific area of the urbanisation would be much appreciated.
