Hi

Would anybody have a rough estimate to the cost of building a 8mtr x 4mtr pool ,just the pool no extras, this would be for a back garden area in a 207sqm plot of a lola. Also if anybody could suggest a reputable company to do such work.I am a non resident prospective property owner.

Many thanks

Michael

https://www.edenpool.net/swimming-pool-cost/      Just as a guide.
You would need to get permission from your community and then a licence from the town hall.

Hi,

Iam not sure if they still advertise in the couple of free English papers locally anymore but there always use to be a couple of firms who would build pools with all the documentation etc for around the 8-10 k Mark? May be worth a look ?

That said, lots of pools are reasonably built but I have noticed many let them selfs down by not back filling and finishing properly around the pools and subsequently they nearly all sink or move within a couple of years! Just a general observation and good luck!
