Looking for a cleaner for a deep clean outside and inside

Hi,
My parents visit la marina 2-3 times a year, and in the summer, all the terrain surrounding the house needs a good deep cleaning. They are getting older and it is becoming cumbersome for them. Would anybody know someone that they could recommend for this service?
