Hi,
My neighbour keeps his car which he rarely used along with his girlfriend's outside our property to prevent me from parking outside my house. His girlfriend is not residential and stays over 2 nights a week. He insists she keeps it there. Any thoughts?
Oh yes it is deliberate! ☹️

Park outside his house?
The only issue in the first instance is? Is this vehicle parked on the road, ie public road. If so....end of story. If otherwise, back to the issue. Hope this helps.

Not what you may want to hear but I doubt you have any right to park directly outside your own house so as irritating as it might be as long as he's not blocking any access ways or drop kerbs etc. then he probably has as much right to park where he does as you or anybody.
Sorry but that's probably the reality of the situation.
Why are you so sure he does it deliberately to annoy you?

As "movingon" has stated. Basically...if it´s on a road parked & legal, everyone has the "same bit", entitlement or opportunity.
