You are right.I made a mistakes earlier.The agent was very pushy for the deposits and

then when i had asked for what had done for the property checking etc... i did not get any

proof on that.I will get this sort out next week.Thank you for your information.

So has anyone paid a deposit to the estate agent and everything has gone through ok?
