spoke briefly with ex pats solutions didnt fill me with confidence in truth, is their anyone else that you have used, buying the property through newstart estate agents and i may go with them, many thanks

Sun Lawyers did all ours including bank accounts and utilities set up, still use them now for other legal stuff.

Hi Brian , we bought our property in June and used the Advanta Legal Group as under.
We used Alicia Gomez who was brilliant . Speaks very good English and provided a great service sorting everything out for us .
Would definitely recommend and we continue to use them as are in the process of sorting out our Spanish will with them . They have an office in the strip on the Urb , opposite Tel’s bar which we have found very useful .
