Looking for directions to provide a Copd sufferer to a medical clinica within Torrevieja area Elche anywhere who know and understand the symptoms of this disease. Local doctor does not seem to understand the implications and severity of the problems and do not have the time or team of experts that are needed. If any one could direct me to a specialist area I would be grateful...

Firstly, how is this person accessing their health entitlement? Are they resident in Spain and registered on the spanish health system with a SIP card? If so they will have a GP who can refer them to a hospital specialist if they consider it necessary. If they have PHI they can see any Dr approved by their insurance, people usually have booklet with names & contact details of private Doctors. If they just want to make an independant appt and pay for specialist health care then the Quiron Hospital in Torrevieja is a good place to contact & make enquiries. Here is a link with their details.

Hi elinspain thank you for your reply , he has Residencia , and was admitted to Torrevieja university hospital urgently , and because he does not speak Spanish and doctors said they only speak little English the communication was not clear , and the fact they have to be on their own without family assistance to speak because of panademic understandable our problem because we have little Spanish...Thank you for the link ...
