Our doctor here on la marina Urbanisation has said we can ask for our medical records at Torrieveca hospital. We are visiting there on Friday this week. We have no idea where to ask for these records wether they are electronic or paper. Has anyone asked for this at the hospital before? Any information gratefully received. Thanks.

Hi

There is an enquiries desk on the lowest floor (there are 3 floors - the main entrance is on the middle floor, and there is a lift if required).

Take a ticket from the machine on the right, and wait for your number to come up.

I suggest you go aroundabout siesta time, when it tends to be quieter.

Cheers

Steve

Thanks Steve. Useful information. We are there for an appointment in the morning so can't take advantage of siesta time but worth considering on the future.

If you go down the lift from the main entrance to bottom floor turn right and go down to the end of the corridor there is a cafe on your right and enquiries on your left. At the enquiry office present your SIP and ask for your records. They give you a form in Spanish and you fill it out to either post back or scan it into your device and email back. They ask you for dates etc we had no idea so just said for all dates and treatments. We wait for a reply now. Hope this helps.
