Can anyone tell where I can find a doctor to inject my shoulder I'm in a lot of pain and do not have private health care. Thanks in advance

Are you on holiday from UK? You can use the GHIC to get treated and the GP will advise you on what is necessary.
If not then there are private clinics like Clinica La Marina which you would pay for if you don't have insurance and that would be from any country.
