Pretty Difficult as i'm in the UK. At a guess i'm thinking you haven't a clue what happens to Diabetics if they can't get the Insulin formulated for them, and some of them need it 4 times a day, so ...............

My wife is type 1, so I'm fully aware of the impact of diabetes.

Apologies - I assumed that with such a specific question that you are in Spain.
Insulin is easily available, but I doubt that farmacias are big on responding to messages from foreign countries!
