This is the download you get from the link about, not sure what else you need as it says in a few languages it’s an EU passport and it has a QR code
Thanks. It's definitely not what I got from the GVA salud app but I'll have another look tomorrow.

CLICK ON JUSTIFICANTE VACUNAL COVID 19.IT WILL TAKE YOU TO THE SCREEN WHERE YOU ENTER YOUR CIUP CARD DETAILS AETC ND THEN CLICK ON SUBMIT. A CODE WILL BE SENT TO THE MOBILE PHONE YOU HAVE GIVEN THEM. ENTER THIS CODE IN THE VALIDATION BOX AND YOUR CERTIFICATE WILL APPEAR. IF YOU WANT TO CLICK THE PRINT BUTTON AND AWAY YOU GO. WORKED FOR ME. NO PROBLEM.

Don’t think you can download the cert if you’ve only had one of your two jabs and asking for a certificate, as in the first of the three options. Even if you can, the certificate wouldn’t be valid.
If you look at the photo of my cert it clearly states I’ve had 2 out 2 vaccines.

What web link are you using? I have tried the one you suggested but no where it asks for my SIP card or any other information
Why do they make it so difficult to just go on a given link put your details and follow a simple procedure to get to the certificate

I also tried that link but it is mostly in Spanish and my Spanish is to be polite less than Shite
So how did you navigate to get your cert
I tried the link but nowhere it asked for my details like SIP no etc
Can you advise how to get to the certificate on this site?

Using Jayne62's link on Page one, click on the rectangular red box at the top of the page. On the page that follows click on the box that says SOL*ICITAR and follow the instructions
They will send a code to the mobile number you registered with your Centro Salud.
Then you enter the code, job done.

Looks like the site is not safe when trying to access via IPhone
It says this is is not private and nothing opens
I will have to try my laptop as the iPhone is so security minded these days
