Where do I get digital vaccine certification - Page 4

Hi 

Where does the document download to, as myself and hundreds of others can’t get it to download.

So after you click on the left hand button what happens next as this is far as most us can get on an iPad.
Does the cert automatically appear on screen or do you get a message to say it’s been downloaded (as you get when doing it on a pc). If so where does the downloaded cert save to?
I believe it’s supposed to go to the downloads folder in my files but there’s nothing stored there.

I used my iphone no probs, try late at nite or early morning as website is saturated

Have tried numerous times, different times of the day, works effortlessly on non Apple devices.

Up to date software, iPad iPhone even tried on an ancient iPad (4 years old lol) which hasn’t got the latest iOS. Stuck at the same point every single time. Download on a pc is immediate.

So can I ask you the same question.

I use the gva coronavirus app.

Once you get a text message code enter that -confirm- then select the left hand icon press on that and the certificate comes up with the QR code

Oh didn’t realise there was an option on the GVA coronavirus app for printing off a cert, I thought it was just for reporting symptoms  to get tested. 

However they have now notified that they have amended the software on the web page so it now works with iPhones and iPads.  Good news all round.
