Hi, can someone post a link to the official Spanish government's locator form please. there are so many scammers online demanding payment.

Travelling from the U.K. SpTH forms are only now only required if you do not have covid vaccination or covid recovery certificate.

The vaccination certificate must be in date showing you have been fully vaccinated or have received a booster jab If the date of the full dose is longer than 270 days ago. Boosters currently have no time limit/expiry.

If you are entering Spain from the U.K., and cannot provide either of the above certificates, then you need to take a PCR/Antigen test and in that instance you will need to show your negative test result and complete the SpTH form
