Does anyone know an English speaking Insurance broker/company in La Marina or Guardamar as we are in the process of purchasing a villa in La Marina

Try contacting Ginés (Gino) at Liberty Seguras in La Marina village. Gives very good advice, speaks perfect English and will give you a better price than Liberty on the Urbanisation.

I have used Generali in Calle Los Arcos (the road just before the arches at the entrance to Quesada) Quesada. Cover for loss of water up to a max of 1000 euro due to leakage as well as repair which is vital here in Spain. Many companies do not cover for loss of water only for repair of pipework. Do check before you take out a policy.
