We enjoyed fifteen good years in Spain and we like it there, but we just fancied a change of scenery, and to be closer to our family in our old age.

Simple question Geoff.

I see that Jim has offered Full board + transport.  So am I correct in the assumption that his rates are somewhat lower than my quote.

Haha! Can't thank you enough for what you're already doing for me Syd. Would feel guilty about imposing on you even more!!

Jim has been extremely helpful over the years too. Big respect for both of you!

Geoff.

That's it Jim, Geoff is playing nice, obviously after a bigger discount.  Jim we need to get together and start our own Cartel.

The simple truth is people go home when they get older, mainly for 2 reasons - easier to deal with the medical, no translators (but a worse medical system) and the big one, as your mortality closes in, the time left with family becomes more precious, which I can understand is more important than a few years in the sunshine ;-)
